How to buy from us:

1) You can choose what you like from our website according to instruction, or provide the product information you going to purchase.
2) The quote will be offered to you within 2 days after we do the cost analysis.
3) Order confirmation, it including details as order quantity, upholster material, wood type, painting color, requested delivery date.
4) Production time: 30 days for reorder products and 40 days for new products. Ship on time.
5) Quality Control: Quality is life. All of the product will be 100% check before ship. We will take production pictures and loading pictures to keep you informed. Or you can arrange quality inspection.
6) Shipping: you can have your own shipping agent. We accept door to door service for you.
7) Terms of payment: 30% deposit once PI signed and 70% balance TT against documents.
8) Complaint: For sure, we would like to take the responsibility of order which have any quality problem, but please do keep us informed what problem we made, so that we can upgrade ourselves.
